High Speed Machining

As technology continues to develop in the machining industry.  We are developing with it.  High Speed machining is much faster and increases tool life.  Less time on the machine means and longer tool life means more savings to our customer.

We have 4th axis capabilities on four of our machines.  Whether its a large or small parts rarely do we have to turn down a job for size.  We have a variety of CNC mills: Leadwell, Haas, Kiwa, and OKK.

Our CNC lathes are set up to run both small and large projects.  Over the past 38 years we have manufactured shafts for over 50 companies.  Anything ranging from a small firing pin to large gear shafts for earth drilling equipment to drive gear boxes utilized on naval ships.

Unlike most companies we still have a complete manual machine shops with (4) Kent milling centers and several Kingston manual lathes.  We are still dedicated to our small customers as well as our large customers.  The manual machine shop allows us to make prototypes and small quantity parts to better serve all of our customer.  The South East was built on the textile industry.  We still service and repair the large rolls utilized in the textile and printing industry.  

Grinding is where precision is crucial!  At Treblig, USA we can hold those tolerances of less than .001".  We have both surface grinders and cylindrical grinders to better serve our customers with the highest quality part.

In 2020, we upgraded our Brown and Sharpe with the new Keyence handheld probe CMM.  We are able to print quality inspection reports for each of our customers to ensure their parts are accurate.
